The Warping Process Involves The Precise And Organized Alignment Of Individual Yarns, In Preparation For The Knitting Machine. The Primary Objective Of This Process Is To Create A Continuous and evenly tensioned Warp Beam that Serves As The Foundation For High Quality warp Knitting.
Warp knitting

Dyeing
Utilizing our technical experience and state of the art processes, we dye various types of fabrics: polyester, polyamide and elastic fabrics with chemical product that comply with consumer safety, worker safety, pollution and low-impact standards.
Finishing
We recognize the significance of finishing process for high quality textiles. our comprehensive finishing procedures involve the application of various mechanical treatments such as loop raising and brushing as well as chemical treatments such as water repellency, moisture wicking, fire retardancy, abrasion resistance among others to impart the characteristics required by our customers.
